God alive in us

G12 Conference
something that God deposited in me. a quiet burning desire... to heal the hearts of women/young ladies. ;) a tenderness for them. to let Him use me....

Pastor Benny Ho's Seminar
i'm so blessed. encountered God with His truth today. and he talked about living as a community. the church. but God reminded me it's all about Him. It all comes back to Him. these things dear to my heart. intimacy. bonding of hearts.

encourage. we're all encouragers.

"But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness."
~ Hebrews 3:13 ~
what good is it to minister, to comfort, to listen without the hand of God? I am not God. i pray i will come before my perfect counselor. and as i listen, that i will ask God to prevail as Counselor for a sister, friend or brother in need. and for myself to decrease.
"It is much wiser to choose what we say than to say what we choose"
God never speaks unnecessarily. but i do. He never says things without purpose. every word is meaningful. His intention is divine and perfect. His timing impeccable. but mine isn't. His heart very clear.

yes. it all comes back to Him. fresh streams of water flowing through my heart.

I thought being open and honest was the way to go coz I don't want to be a hypocrite... even about negative stuffs. But when ps. benny said that we should choose what to say, I realise that it's not being a hypocrite to say only positive things. That's coz we are what we confess to be. We become who we say we are. That's the power of confession. Secular motivators also know that. We as Christians should live that.

hehe.yes..that is true..

but sometimes, thinking all these negative things and not saying anything but mulling over and over has no benefit too...coz when we actually say it out loud, we can sort it out and see if it sounds right...

sometimes, that's why, we need people to listen objectively to our thoughts...coz there's a reason they're there...sometimes we focus so much on removing the spider web, and not the spider...

i guess, it's the heart and intention behind the things we say... :) maybe that's the thing we, i, gotta check.

so i guess, there are both sides to it...fine line..hehe.

but yea...being authentic is important ...so we can open ourselves up to counsel. so others know what to pray for us specifically

Yes that's true too... But must say things at the right time and for the right intentions... and to the right listener... i guess Daddy gives us brains to be wise... Actually Proverbs talk a lot about how to speak wisely also...

But that's ideal... coz we're still human and so we often like to blah out our feelings.... I guess, in the end we'll need the Holy Spirit to guide us...
But i still think tht God's gracious and He'll understand why we vent out also.... a lot of great ppl in the bible also like that wern... but God will deal with us... and mold us...
